FAIR PBK Inspector

This tool enables the creation and curation of interoperable and reusable physiologically based kinetic (PBK) models following the FAIR PBK Standard. You can upload PBK models in SBML or Antimony format and perform semantic annotation, unit annotation, model validation, model visualisation, and export annotation and parametrisation templates.
